2010 MII Undergraduate Investment Conference

The second annual Undergraduate Investment Conference was an enormous success this year thanks to our sponsors, speakers, judges, and participants. The conference hosted students from 21 of the most well respected universities and colleges at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Participants attended two keynote speeches by David Richter of Grosvenor Capital Management and Hugh S. Cummins, III of Suntrust Robinson Humphrey. In addition, teams of 2-4 competed in an intercollegiate stock pitch competition to earn a $3,000 grand prize.

We would like to direct you to the performance of each participant’s investment pitch as well as our conference program. In addition, refer to Forbes Magazine articles "Big Stocks on Campus" by Kai Petainen and "Sophomores Say Grace" by Matthew Schifrin and John Dobosz featuring the intercollegiate stock pitch competition.

Congratulations to the University of Michigan team for their winning pitch, W.R. Grace (GRA)
